Rat Fink is up to his old tricks again. An atomic hearing aide has fallen into his hands, and if a bit of cobalt gets on it, the thing will blow his laboratory sky high. Can Flannigan save the day by enlisting the help of Batwoman and her clan of loyal Batgirls before the heist is discovered by the Patent Office? Will Dr. Neon perfect the perfect pill?
